In this Wednesday night practice, breath and restoration are at the heart of every movement. Drawing on yoga as a path toward healing, empowerment, and presence, Lakeisha crafts each class as a sanctuary — a space where you can release, receive, and return to yourself.
Expect a mindful blend of physical movement, breathwork, and meditation woven together with intention. Lakeisha's unique gift as a poet means you may find yourself moved not just in body, but in spirit — her words woven into the practice to deepen stillness and presence.
This class is an open invitation to embrace everything as it is — and align with your own highest calling.
